I had no clue that it was being planned. They disguised it as a planning meeting for the Operation Christmas Child boxes.
Dave was out of town and Courtney even came down for the party. She offered to take the kids to get some groceries while i went to the meeting. She was there with the kids and all my friends.
Rachel knew my favourite colour was yellow and was trying to get me something people could write on for a quilt top and got a jelly roll. (fabric strips)
I later found this charm pack and bought it. there are 2 of each pattern - sort of a fun game to match them up.
I used the well wishes as the sashing.

I then backed it in camera fabric.

now I just need to add a hanging sleeve and find a place to hang it in my room.
