It runs on weekends in October and November.
The weekend before Halloween they have trick and treat at all the booths. We accidently found out about it the first year we went.
Its a wonderful thing as its a safe environment (as much as fairs are), no cars, daylight, and a great community of people.
They encourage dressing up for the kids (as well as adults)
