The Carolina Renaissance Festival runs on weekends in oct- nov.
This is exciting in itself but last year we discovered that the last weekend of the October is a day for trick or treating for the kids!!
How fun is that?
We decided to specifically go this year for the trick or treating.
Zeke was batman
Abigail was a puppy
we went on a huge rocking horse! (daddy is below in orange)
We got to see the Jousting
Zeke was telling his Nana a few days later about seeing the horses ride in circles.
Zeke even went on a ride all by himself
Abigail got a ride too
It was a great day. Abigail did great and took her nap in the stroller over lunch time. We left at 4 or so and Zeke napped all the way home.
He still refers to this day as "trick or treat day"

Hi Debbie,
I found your blog by googling on Quilting Widow. LOL. I love your quilting work. Your post on FMQ made me look up the stitches on my Brother sewing machine, and I found some quilting stitches too. You have a beautiful family. Thanks for sharing.
I am your newest follower too. :-)
